As an Implementation Specialist, you will interact with Business Consultants to understand the use cases of clients and translate them into technical solutions within Sprinklr platform.

What Are Your Responsibilities

• Providing prompt, efficient, detailed, customer-oriented service to our customers.
• Continuously raise the bar on what defines customer service delivery.
• Strong teamwork - willingness and ability to get help from team members when required, and the good judgement to know when to seek help.
• Assuming responsibility for developing detailed knowledge about specific product lines and features on platforms we work on.
• Ability to define and communicate implementation requirements to other internal teams.

• Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal English, German is a plus.

• Previous agency experience is a plus.

• Permit to live and work in your country of residence is a must.
